Hopkinton Youth Ultimate started in 2017. The program is rooted in Hopkinton pride and supported by Boston Ultimate Disc Alliance (BUDA). Our youth program blends the fun, inclusive spirit of Ultimate.
Whether your child is brand new to the game or eager for higher-level play, there’s a place for them on the field.

Ultimate frisbee is an easy-to-learn, exciting team sport where every child gets to play. Kids run, jump, throw, and catch, building confidence and friendships along the way. Parents love that it’s active, community-driven, and welcoming to all skill levels.
Programs by Grade
We offer programs designed for every stage:
- K–2: Fundamentals, fun games & first throws
- 3–4: Competitive play with structured games & local travel
- 5–6: Higher-level skill development, games and tournaments
- 7–8: Strategy, leadership, games & tournaments
- 9–12: Advanced competition & tournaments

Our Hopkinton program is backed by the Boston Ultimate Disc Alliance (BUDA), which has been running youth leagues across Massachusetts for over 30 years. Our highly trained coaches bring both passion and experience, making the game fun while helping kids thrive.
